1. Product Information

1. All products are described and photographed to the best of our ability.
2. As many items are handcrafted, slight variations in color, embroidery, and finish may occur.
3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Order Policy

1. Orders for made-to-order or customized products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.
2. Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return or exchange under specific conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

3. Returns & Exchanges

1. Only ready-to-ship products are eligible for return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags.
3. Made-to-order and clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Manufacturing Defects

1. Only genuine manufacturing defects are eligible for return/exchange.
2. Customers must report defects within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos via orders page.
3. Products should not be sent back without receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation.

5. Shipping & Return Costs

1. All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused, in packed condition. The courier partner will not accept return shipments in case the package is not sealed by the customer.
2. Our courier partner will collect the order from the provided address (within India). Customers need not to pay any shipping charges to return the product.

6. Abuse & Misuse

1. Any misuse of our return or exchange policy may result in cancellation of services and permanent account block.
2. We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if the product fails to meet our criteria.

7. Intellectual Property

1. All images, designs, logos, and content on our platforms are the property of Malhaari and may not be used without permission.
